All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or listing error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

  • Minor variations may occur between products, particularly with 3D-printed products.
  • Small differences in texture, layer lines, finish, or dimensions may occur as a result of the manufacturing process.
  • Product images may sometimes be illustrative rather than an exact representation of the individual item you receive.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.

For 3D-printed products, normal print characteristics such as layer lines, tiny surface imperfections, or minor variations in finish do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.


4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may limit the quantity of products that can be purchased by a customer or household, or restrict orders that appear to be intended for resale or other unauthorized purposes.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer an alternative, refund the affected amount, or cancel the order as appropriate.


5. Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your request. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Public holidays
  • High-demand periods
  • Operational disruptions
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery may be subject to the courier’s processes and timelines.

Damaged or incorrect products

8. Cancellations

Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed, dispatched, or entered into production, particularly for custom or made-to-order products.

Where cancellation is accepted and payment has already been made, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.
